CSKYUAV provides end-to-end drone OEM and ODM services for brands, distributors and integrators who want custom FPV drone parts without building their own factory. From a single custom-winding motor to a full private-label product line, our five-step process takes your idea from consultation to mass production with traceable quality at every stage.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM means we build to your supplied design or specification. ODM means our engineers design the product and you take it to market under your brand. Most CSKYUAV programs are ODM-led because we already own the motor, gimbal and flight-controller IP.

MOQ and lead time
MOQ and lead time are quoted per program after the consultation step. Custom windings and shells carry a higher MOQ than catalogue items; we confirm a firm schedule before any mass-production commitment so you can plan inventory.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you build to our own design?
Yes — that is our OEM track. Send your drawings or specification and we produce against it under our QC plan, or we adapt an existing CSKYUAV platform to reduce risk and cost.
What is the typical lead time?
Prototyping usually runs a few weeks; mass production lead time depends on volume and component sourcing and is fixed in writing at step 4 before we commit.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We regularly work under customer NDAs for ODM programs and keep tooling and firmware isolated per brand.
Can you private-label the packaging?
Yes. Private-label shell marking, boxes and inserts are part of the standard ODM deliverable.
Which markets do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to distributors and integrators, with export documentation (CE/FCC/RoHS on request) prepared per destination.
